Undescribed #7 is an annual platform conceived by DECK to
support emerging artists based in Singapore who have recently graduated from local and overseas art institutions. The exhibition presents works that challenge and rethink current image-making practices, suggesting new ways to approach photography and
the moving image within the field of art today.
This edition is particularly special because it is the first time
the event is held outdoors and the artists provided with structures instead of corners of a room. The structures were devised through
a collaborative process between the designers, curators and artists themselves. The abstracted forms of the structures help visually inform the artists’ identities.
